Letter to Congressional Leaders Transmitting a Report on Federal Expenditures for Climate Change Programs and Activities
Dear Mr. Chairman:
Consistent with division D, title V, section 555(b) of Public Law 108-199, the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2004, I transmit herewith an account prepared by my Administration of Federal expenditures for climate change programs and activities. This report includes both domestic and international programs and activities related to climate change, and associated expenditures by line item as presented in the FY 2005 President's Budget Appendix.
