To the Congress of the United States:
In accordance with the Impoundment Control Act of 1974, I herewith report seven new deferrals of budget authority totaling $28,960,700.
The deferrals affect the Departments of Interior, Justice and Transportation. The details of the deferrals are contained in the attached reports.
