In accordance with the Impoundment Control Act of 1974, I herewith report two newÿ7Eÿ7Eÿ7Eÿ7E deferralsÿ7Eÿ7Eÿ7Eÿ7E andÿ7Eÿ7Eÿ7Eÿ7E fourÿ7Eÿ7Eÿ7Eÿ7E revisedÿ7Eÿ7Eÿ7Eÿ7E deferrals of budget authority now totalling $8,251,604,695.
The deferrals affect International Security Assistance programs, as well as programs of the Departments of Agriculture, State, and Transportation.
The details of these deferrals are contained in the attached report.
