National Advisory Council on Women's Education Programs Nomination of Carolyn L. Attneave To Be a Member.
The President today announced that he will nominate Carolyn L. Attneave, of Seattle, Wash., to be a member of the National Advisory Council on Women's Education Programs.
Attneave, 59, is a professor of psychology and adjunct professor of psychiatry and behavioral sciences at the University of Washington. She has also served as director of American Indian studies at the University of Washington. She has been a member of the American Psychological Association's ad hoc committee on minority affairs and is editor of the newsletter of the Society of American Indian Psychologists.
