The President today announced the appointment of T. Eugene Smith, of McLean, Va., to be a member of the National Capital Planning Commission.
Smith is president of the National Bank of Fairfax and serves as a consultant on real estate and real estate finance to investment trusts, investment bankers, and small business investment companies. He is a former chairman of the Planning Commission of Fairfax County.
