National Endowment for the Arts Nomination of Arthur I. Jacobs To Be a Member of the National Council on the Arts.

The President today announced that he will nominate Arthur I. Jacobs, of Fernandina Beach, Fla., to be a member of the National Council on the Arts for a term expiring in 1986.

Jacobs is an attorney with the firm of Frates, Jacobs & Fartar and county attorney for Nassau County. He is chairman of the Fine Arts Council of Florida and a member of the board of directors of the Southern Arts Federation. He is active in community and educational affairs.
