The President today announced the appointment of three persons as members of the National Institute of Justice Advisory Board. They are:
RICHARD ARRINGTON, JR., mayor of Birmingham, Ala., former executive director of the Alabama Center for Higher Education;
ALEXANDER GREEN, of Houston, Tex., a judge of the Justice of the Peace Court and instructor of law at Thurgood Marshall School of Law;
RICHARD MORENO, of San Antonio, Tex., chief probation officer with the Bexar County Juvenile Probation Department, a member of the criminal justice planning committee of the Alamo Area Council of Governments.
