8/1 In-Town Pool Report #8 Print pool watched the president speak from a window in the Red Room. The window was open, allowing the print pool to see POTUS speak on the balcony. A camera crew was set up directly in front of the president. He wore a blue suit and red tie. Only a handful of journalists were present in the room. The president didn't wear a mask. All reporters and staff wore masks. POTUS finished speaking and walked away from the podium at 7:40 p.m. He did not respond to a shouted question. |
