Travel pool report #1 — Rolling to JBA

Good morning — motorcade is rolling from the White House at 9:10am. We saw the president get in his vehicle with the First Lady.

We’re headed to JBA. The president is flying to St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands, where he will be vacationing.

Travel pool report #2 — JBA arrival

The motorcade pulled into JBA at 9:29am.

Travel pool report #3 — Wheels up

The president and First Lady boarded Air Force One at 9:33am. He didn’t respond to a shouted question.

He is wearing navy pants and jacket, the First Lady is in white pants, a black jacket, a blue scarf and sunglasses.

We are wheels up shortly to USVI.

Travel pool report #5— Motorcade rolling

Hit send on the last email too early — the Bidens came down the steps of Air Force One at 2:00pm. The president had on a black baseball cap and aviators. Jill waved to the press.

We also spotted Ashley Biden coming off the plane.

Travel pool report #6 — Dropped off Bidens + lid

After a sunny motorcade on winding roads the motorcade stopped 2:32pm on the northern shore. We did not see where the Bidens are staying.

We passed many locals on the roads with their phones out and one sign in front of a house that read "Thank you Joe and Jill."
