President Biden is meeting with his national security team at the White House today and is being regularly briefed on developments regarding Russia and Ukraine

In-town pool report #3 — Biden speaks with Zelensky

Passing along confirmation from the White House that President Biden spoke with President Zelensky following President Putin's speech. The call lasted roughly 35 minutes, and we're expecting a longer, forthcoming readout.

President Biden held a secure call with Ukrainian President Zelenskyy this afternoon from 14:05 to 14:40 EST.
