The pool is gathering now for executive order signing in the Oval Office.

In town pool report #4- Oval

The pool entered the oval at 3:59pm. The president was flanked by HHS Sec Kennedy and Commerce Sec Lutnick. 

Trump signed an executive order on price transparency requirements on the health care industry to reinstate and strengthen them. 
"You're not allowed to even talk about it when you go into a hospital or see a doctor and this allows you to talk about it, Trump said. 

He also signed an order on the supply of copper and foreign copper in the American market, the order charges Lutnick with looking at process to potentially impose tariffs or trade barriers. 
Lutnick read a Truth Social post that is about to go out. 

Another Truth Social post is coming out, per Lutnick, about the US digital economy.

Trump confirmed that he has spoken with House Republicans who have said they won't support the budget resolution, but didn't name names.  

On Musk 5 bullet points--
"If you don't answer, I guess you get fired"
"What it is, do people exist?"

"It says, if you don't answer, there's a penalty to pay."
"Everyone speaks for me. I'm the one, I'll take responsibility."

Zelensky-

WHCA pool changes from briefing today

A Gulf of America sign was behind him- "I'm just admiring it as I look at it. I'm getting teary eyed."

"The water is flowing in California, I hope you people have seen it." And he asked an aide to pull up a picture of the water. 
"I'll get you some photographs but it's a beautiful site."
