Pool call time has been moved to noon.

And the White House sends the following note that due to the snow, the 1:30 p.m. White House press briefing will be virtual. See below.

Due to weather, today’s press briefing with Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre and NSC Coordinator for Strategic Communications John Kirby will be conducted virtually at 1:30pm ET.
