Yesterday, President Donald J. Trump spoke with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau of Canada. The two leaders recognized the significance of the historic United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) recently entered into force on July 1, 2020. President Trump reiterated that USMCA is an unprecedented achievement for all three countries that will help ensure our economies emerge stronger from coronavirus. President Trump also underscored concerns regarding China's deceptive and coercive behavior.
