White House Pool Report No. 2 - artificial intelligence briefing details

The President is receiving a briefing on artificial intelligence from White House staff. This briefing includes an update on the Administration's work to implement the President's Executive Order on Safe, Secure, and Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence.

White House Pool Report No. 3 - Olympics light display

The White House also sends this along:

Starting tonight at 8pmET, in a show of support for Team USA, the White House will be illuminated in red, white and blue, with U.S. flags stationed alongside the North Portico, to commemorate the Opening Ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. This display will continue each night, from 8 – 11pmET, through the Closing Ceremony on Sunday, August 11th.

First Lady Jill Biden is leading the U.S. Presidential Delegation to the Opening of the Olympic Games and Second Gentleman Douglas Emhoff will lead the delegation to the Closing of the Olympic Games.

White House Pool Report No. 4 - gathering

The pool is gathering for departure.

White House Pool Report No. 5 - departure

POTUS walked out of the residence at 5:30 p.m.

He walked arm and arm with son Hunter and sister Valerie and sported a Team USA jacket in white, paired with blue slacks.

He mouthed what appeared to be "go Team USA."

He didn't answer questions.

He boarded M1 at 5:31 p.m.

M1 was wheels up at 5:36 p.m.

The White House said as of 6:18 p.m. that the president had arrived at Camp David.
