Out of town pool report #1 - call time pushback

Good morning from LA, still sunny but now with a few clouds. The White House has pushed the call time back by 30 minutes to 12.30pm

Out of town pool report #2 - Rolling from RON

The motorcade is rolling from the RON as of 1.35 pm. Pool briefly caught a glimpse of POTUS in the Beast going past.

Out of town pool report #3 - Travelers

Out of town pool report #4 - M1 lift

On the way through LA numerous people lined the streets again, taking pictures or filming. One person had a stand with Trump merchandise.

Motorcade arrived at the Santa Monica Landing Zone at 1.45pm. Pool saw POTUS, some of POTUS' grandchildren (not clear exactly which) and FLOTUS wearing a purple blouse.

POTUS boarded Marine One, pool loaded into Ospreys and we are wheels up as of 1.55pm

Out of town pool report #5 - AF1 leaving LAX

Marine One was wheels down at LAX at 2pm.

POTUS disembarked M1 at 2.06pm, wearing a navy blue jacket and open necked blue shirt with his aviators. He was with FLOTUS, daughter Ashley, granddaughters Maisy and Naomi and Naomi's husband Peter Neal. Maisy had her arm around Ashley's shoulder.

POTUS boarded AF1 without speaking to the pool.

AF1 is now taxiing and we will be wheels up imminently en route to JBA

Out of town pool report #6 - JBA

Air Force One was wheels down at JBA at 9.20pm after a flight lasting just over four hours, ending a five-day trip that saw POTUS travel six timezones forward to the G7 in Italy, nine timezones back to LA, and three timezones forward again to DC.

POTUS deplaned at 9.35pm with FLOTUS and Ashley Biden, shook hands and briefly chatted with greeters, and then walked straight to M1 without speaking to the pool. M1 was wheels up for the White House at 9.42pm.

During the flight from LA there were no visitors to the AF1 press cabin. Screens in the cabin showed US golfer Bryson DeChambeau win his second US Open, after Northern Ireland's Rory McIlroy blew his chance of a first major for 10 years on the last hole.

Shout out once again to co-pooler Ken Thomas of the WSJ for his eagle eyes and general help.

In-Town Pool #1 arrival

Marine One landed on the South Lawn at 9:52 pm.

POTUS and FLOTUS stepped out at 9:54 pm. They waved at the press before walking in to the White House at 9:55 pm.

In-Town Pool #2 lid

Lid was called at 10:06 pm.
