Out-of-Town Pool #1 call time pushed

Call time has been pushed to 3:30 pm.

Out-of-Town Pool #2 call time changed

Call time moved back up to around noon.

Out-of-town pool #3 Motorcade rolling

But press van is not in the motorcade. 

Press pool watched POTUS drive by in the motorcade at 1:02 pm. Due to some road closures, the press van had a complicated journey in getting to the residence and got here too late. 

A small group of protesters were gathered at the same corner near the Biden's residence.

Out-of-town pool #4 POTUS lunch

Biden is having lunch with his grandson Hunter at the golf club this afternoon, per the WH. 

Press is driving to the hold.

We are told that Biden has arrived at the golf club for lunch.

We joined the president's motorcade from the golf club at 2:15 pm.

Motorcade arrived back at the residence at 2:24 pm

Motorcade arrived at St. Joseph's on the Brandywine at 5:01 pm. Biden, wearing a hat, sneakers and khakis with a jacket, entered the church at 5:02 pm. Someone holding an umbrella walked next to him. 

We drove by the small group of protesters, who have maintained a presence despite the rain.

Out-of-town pool #10 Church departure

Biden exited the church at 5:56 pm.

He got in the car shortly after.

Motorcade started rolling at 5:58 pm. But the press van was blocked by an agent, so we have missed the motorcade again. 

Press van was speeding at 6 pm trying to catch up. But not looking likely.

Out-of-town pool #11 residence

Biden has arrived at the residence, per the WH. 

It's still unclear why press van was blocked by the secret service agent.
