Travel pool #7: Tour

POTUS and the tour group rounded a corner and emerged into view at 2:55.

Biden chatted with a row of people and had a brief conversation that was hard for us to hear.

Jennifer Grahnolm spoke about repurposing older infrastructure. There was talk about unions and laughter about Pennsylvania vs. Delaware.

We were surrounded by what I believe are giant stacks of pulp, and there were two "BIDENOMICS" signs and an American flag in view.

Press was hustled out at 3:00.

Travel pool #9: speech ends

POTUS speech ended at 3:54, lasting 23 minutes.

As you heard on the feed, he began with a strong statement of support for Israel. He also gave a big "let's go Phillies" to cheers as many of the club's hats can be seen among the crowd.

Surrounded by BIDENOMICS signs, POTUS then spoke about his economic plans and the need to create more union jobs. The promise of hydrogen was, of course, also a big theme.

POTUS met with attendees and was asked by Fox News correspondent Peter Doocy what worries him about a potential ground invasion into Gaza. His response: "Death."

We were ushered out just after 4. Back in the motorcade now, heading back to the airport.
