Travel Pool Report No. 2 - armed protester

A solo protester - wearing a neon yellow and orange safety vest, khaki cargo shorts, tan boots and socks - was spotted walking down the road toward the Biden home.

He appeared to have a gun in his holster.

One side of his sign read: "Bidens are criminals, 20 shell companies?! Where's the laptop? 10% for the big guy."

The other side: "Joe has aliases?! Robert L. Peters, Robin Ware, JRN Ware."

Pool spotted a Secret Service vehicle following him down the road.

Your pooler has reached out to the Secret Service's press contact for an official response.

Delaware is an open carry state.

Out of town pool report #8

Biden exited Il Cantinori after dinner with his family at 9:24pm.

Two granddaughters and First Lady Jill Biden left first. About a minute later, Biden left after he stopped to talk to people in the restaurant on the way out. People stood up from their tables and applauded him. First daughter Ashley Biden walked out with him and they were holding hands.

While outside, he briefly stopped to talk to a man and his dog from the restaurant. A few people cheered from apartment buildings.

We didn't see POTUS enter his car and we heard more yelling a few minutes later when we started rolling.

Motorcade is rolling as of 9:30pm.
