In-Town Pool Report #1: Lunch Lid/Kirby Joining Briefing

Pool is holding at Fort McNair while awaiting President Biden.

The White House has called a lunch lid and passes along the following:

In-Town Pool Report #2: Departing McNair

Marine One touched down at Fort McNair at 12:33. President Biden accompanied by the First Lady stepped out at 12:35.

He saluted a service member, shook their hand, and then walked to the motorcade with Dr. Jill Biden at his side.

Motorcade departed McNair at 12:40. We are rolling.

President Biden exited the motorcade at 12:48 and entered the White House through the north portico.
