President George W. Bush today announced that he has named two individuals to serve in his Administration.
The President has named Robert R. Hood to be Special Assistant to the President for Legislative Affairs. Mr. Hood recently served as Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Legislative Affairs at the Department of Defense. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of West Georgia.
The President has named Richard Graham Foote O'Donoghue to be Associate Counsel to the President. Mr. O'Donoghue recently served as Deputy Associate Counsel at the White House. He received his bachelor's degree from Harvard University and his JD from Columbia Law School.
