President George W. Bush announced today the designation of a Presidential Delegation to Asunción, Paraguay to attend the Inauguration of His Excellency Fernando Lugo, President of the Republic of Paraguay on August 15, 2008.
The Honorable Carlos M. Gutierrez, Secretary of Commerce, will lead the delegation.
