Press Release - President Bush to Nominate McClain as General Counsel of the Department of Veterans Affairs

President George W. Bush today announced his intention to nominate Tim S. McClain to be General Counsel of the Department of Veterans Affairs. McClain is presently a partner with the law firm of Principi and McClain in La Jolla, California. A twenty-year veteran of the U.S. Navy, he is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and received his law degree from California Western School of Law.
