• William English of the District of Columbia, term expiring January 26, 2024
• Marjorie Fisher Furman of Michigan, term expiring January 26, 2022
• John Fonte of Virginia, term expiring January 26, 2020
• Claire Griffin of Washington, term expiring January 16, 2022
• Joyce Malcolm of Virginia, term expiring January 26, 2020
• Adair Margo of Texas, term expiring January 26, 2022
• Matthew Rose of Iowa, term expiring January 26, 2024
• William Schneider, Jr., of Colorado, term expiring January 26, 2020
