To the Senate and House of Representatives:
I transmit herewith a report from the Secretary of State relating to the International Sanitary Bureau created by the First International Sanitary Conference of the American Republics, in pursuance of a resolution of the Pan-American Conference during the winter of 1901-2, and asking for an appropriation to meet the annual share of the United States in the expenses of the Bureau.
In view of the importance of this Bureau, I recommend that the appropriation asked for be granted.
