July 26, 1985
(House)
(Reps. Breaux (D) Louisiana and Young (R) Alaska)
The Administration does not object to passage of H.R. 1027, but will seek changes in the Senate to:
— conform the bill's appropriation authorization levels to the Administration's request; and— delete the requirement for monitoring of candidate species as unnecessary.
