Statement of Administration Policy: H.R. 1093 - Pacific Salmon Treaty Act of 1985

The Administration supports the passage of legislation to implement the Pacific Salmon Treaty of 1985. The Administration understands that there will be a Committee Amendment to delete the Paperwork Reduction Act exemption found in section 7(a) of H.R. 1093. Upon the adoption of such amendment, the Administration strongly supports H.R. 1093 under suspension.
