This Statement of Administration Policy provides the Administration's views on H.R. 4649, the District of Columbia Appropriations Bill, FY 1995, as reported by the House Appropriations Committee.

The Administration supports the Committee bill. The Administration understands that an amendment will be offered by the Committee to strike funding for the Washington Aqueduct Capital Improvement program. The Administration is committed to working with Congress later in the process to resolve this issue.
