This Statement of Administration Policy provides the Administration's views on H.R. 4649, the District of Columbia Appropriations Bill, FY 1995, as reported by the Senate Appropriations Committee.

The Administration supports the bill as reported by the Committee and urges the Senate to adopt the bill without any further reduction to the Federal payment. The Administration is committed to working with Congress to resolve the issue of the appropriate level of the Federal payment to the District in conference.
