On Tuesday, April 13, 2004 the President signed into law:
H.R. 2584, which authorizes the conveyance of a decommissioned National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) ship to the Utrok Atoll of the Republic of the Marshall Islands; corrects defects in the appointment and promotion of officers in NOAA's commissioned officer corps; and addresses miscellaneous fisheries management issues.
