On Thursday, July 22, 2004, the President signed into law:
H.R. 3846, the Tribal Forest Protection Act of 2004, which authorizes the Departments of Agriculture and the Interior to enter into agreements with Indian tribes to carry out projects to Indian forest land.
S. 103, which makes Lindita Idrizi Heath eligible for lawful permanent residence.
S. 1167, which directs the Departments of Agriculture and the Army to take specified actions to resolve boundary disputes with private landowners in the vicinity of the Mark Twain National Forest in the State of Missouri.
