Statement by the Press Secretary on H.R. 3962

On Friday, June 25, 2010 the President signed into law:

H.R. 3962, the "Preservation of Access to Care for Medicare Beneficiaries and Pension Relief Act of 2010," which provides for a Medicare physician payment rate update and provides single and multiple employer pension plan sponsors with relief from pension funding requirements.
