President Bush will welcome President Paul Kagame of the Republic of Rwanda to the White House on Tuesday, March 4, 2003. President Bush looks forward to discussing issues affecting the common interests of the United States and Rwanda, particularly the strengthening of our bilateral relations, the rebuilding of Rwanda, democracy and reconciliation issues, regional stability, trade and development efforts, and combating HIV/AIDS.
