The President today announced the appointment of two persons as members of the Strategy Council, an advisory body on drug abuse. They are:
THOMAS B. KIRKPATRICK, JR., of Oak Park, Ill., executive director of the Illinois Dangerous Drugs Commission and a former coordinator of criminal justice programs for the Drug Abuse Council;
CLAUDE H. REESE, of New Orleans, director of the City of New Orleans Bureau of Drug Affairs.
