The President today announced the nomination of five persons as Representatives and five persons as Alternate Representatives to the 35th Session of the General Assembly of the United Nations. They are: Representatives

WILLIAM J. VANDEN HEUVEL, Deputy U.S. Representative to the United Nations;
HANNAH D. ATKINS, Oklahoma State representative;
JACOB K. JAYITS, United States Senator from the State of New York;
PAUL E. TSONGAS, United States Senator from the State of Massachusetts;
