President Barack Obama today announced the designation of a Presidential Delegation to the Republic of Korea to attend the Seoul Liberation Commemoration Ceremonies on September 27-28, 2010.

The Honorable Eric K. Shinseki, Secretary of Veterans Affairs, will lead the delegation.
