  • Panama: During Secretary of State Marco Rubio's visit to Panama, Panama's President announced that the nation will not renew its participation in China's "Belt and Road" program.
  • Canada: Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau just announced that Canada will deploy increased resources to stop the flow of fentanyl – including a Canada-U.S. Joint Strike Force as well as a $200 million directive combatting organized crime and fentanyl.
  • Mexico: Mexico's President Claudia Sheinbaum announced that Mexico will be sending 10,000 soldiers to the border to combat illegal border crossings and fentanyl trafficking.
