This week, President Biden launched a new White House Initiative on Women's Health Research, an effort led by First Lady Jill Biden and the White House Gender Policy Council, to pioneer the next generation of discoveries in women's health. Women make up more than half the population, but have historically been understudied, underrepresented, and underfunded in health research.
