To the Senate of the United States:
I herewith transmit to the Senate, for its constitutional action thereon, a treaty made by Andrew J. Dorn, commissioner on the part of the United States, on the 23d of August, 1854, and the chiefs and warriors of the Sen teas of Sandusky and the Senecas and Shawnets of Lewistown, designated by the treaty of 1832 as the United Nation of Seneca and Shawnee Indians.
