Executive Order 7922—Directing the Secretary of the Treasury To Assemble Annually a Coast Guard Personnel Board

By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by section 2 of the act of January 12, 1938, 52 Stat. 4, I hereby authorize and direct the Secretary of the Treasury to assemble annually a Coast Guard Personnel Board, as provided in the said section.
