I transmit herewith for the information of the Congress the official report of the American Samoan Commission, appointed in pursuance of the joint resolution of Congress, approved February 20, 1929, being Public Resolution No. 89 of the Seventieth Congress, and of the joint resolution of Congress approved May 22, 1929, being Public Resolution No. 3 of the Seventy-first Congress, together with an appendix containing a copy of a bill.
