President's Management Improvement Council Appointment of Richard C. Leone as a Member.

The President today announced the appointment of Richard C. Leone, of Princeton, N.J., to be a member of the President's Management Improvement Council.

Leone, 39, is a consultant and writer on financial and economic affairs and public policy. He is author of a forthcoming book, "Financing Government in the United States," and serves as an adviser on financial management and economic development to the U.S. Conference of Mayors.
