President's Commission on Executive Exchange Appointment of Three Members.

The President today announced the appointment of three persons as members of the President's Commission on Executive Exchange. They are:

THOMAS HSIEH, of San Francisco, Calif., president of the architectural firm Thomas Hsieh, AIA, and active in civic affairs;

DAVID T. KEARNS, president and chief operating officer of Xerox Corp.;

MENO TRUMAN LAKE, of Hidden Hills, Calif., president and chief executive officer of Occidental Life of California.
