The President today announced the appointment of two persons as members of the President's Commission on White House Fellowships. They are:
Jose A. Cabranes, of North Haven, Conn., United States District Judge for the District of Connecticut. Before his appointment as a District Judge last year, Cabranes was counsel to Yale Law School.
Kenneth Young, of Silver Spring, Md., executive assistant to the president of the AFL-CIO and a former director of the AFL-CIO legislative department.
