The President today announced the appointment of Julia M. Walsh, of Washington, D.C., as a member of the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Avenue Development Corporation for a term expiring in 1984. She would replace Elwood Quesada, whose term has expired.
Walsh is chairman of the board of Julia M. Walsh and Sons, Inc., a securities and investment management firm.
