
United States Naval Academy Appointment of Evelyn Candy as a Member of the Board of Visitors.
The President has announced his intention to appoint Evelyn Candy, of Jackson, Miss., as a member of the Board of Visitors of the United States Naval Academy for a term expiring December 31, 1983.
Ms. Candy, a former Lieutenant Governor of Mississippi, is deputy for Human Resource Planning and Development for the State of Mississippi.
Other positions in State government held by Ms. Candy include member of the Mississippi State Legislature, assistant attorney general, commissioner of public welfare, commissioner of insurance, and State treasurer for two terms.
