Executive Order 11865—Amending Executive Order No. 11808 of September 30, 1974 to Increase the Membership of the Executive Committee of the Economic Policy Board
By virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and laws of the United States, Section 4 (a) of Executive Order No. 11808, of September 30, 1974, is amended, in order to increase the membership of the Executive Committee of the Economic Policy Board, to read as follows:
"Sec. 4 (a). There is hereby established the Executive Committee of the Board. The Executive Committee shall consist of the Secretary of the Treasury, who shall be its Chairman, the Secretary of State, the Secretary of Commerce, the Secretary of Labor, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, the Chairman of the Council of Economic Advisers, the Executive Director of the Council on International Economic Policy, and the Assistant to the President for Economic Affairs. The Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System is invited to attend meetings of the Executive Committee."
