On Saturday, November 22, 2003, the President signed into law:
H.J.Res. 79, which provides further continuing appropriations for activities of the Federal Government through January 31, 2004; and
H.R. 2559, Military Construction Appropriations Act, 2004, which provides appropriations for military construction, family housing, and base realignment and closure for the Department of Defense for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2004.
