On Tuesday, October 20, 2020, the President signed into law:
H.R. 1812, the "Vet Center Eligibility Expansion Act," which extends Vet Center readjustment counseling and related mental health services to additional individuals;
H.R. 2372, the "Veterans' Care Quality Transparency Act," which requires the Government Accountability Office to conduct an assessment of certain VA suicide prevention and mental health service activities;
H.R. 6168, the "Veterans' Compensation Cost-of-Living Adjustment Act of 2020," which provides for a cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) for veterans' disability compensation and dependency and indemnity compensation beneficiaries equal to the Social Security COLA; and
S. 1321, the "Defending the Integrity of Voting Systems Act," which expands the definition of a protected computer, for the purposes of computer fraud and abuse offenses, to include a computer that is part of a voting system.
