Executive Order 6088—Exemption of Harry O. Bailey from Compulsory Retirement for Age
By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 204 of Part II of the act entitled "AN ACT Making appropriations for the Legislative Branch of the Government for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1933, and for other purposes", approved June 30, 1932, Harry O. Bailey, superintendent of meters in the District of Columbia under the Office of the Architect of the Capitol, who during the current month has reached the retirement age prescribed for automatic separation from the service, is hereby exempted from the provisions of that section until March 31, 1935.
