Executive Order 6339—Michigan City, Indiana, Abolished as a Customs Port of Entry

October 14, 1933

By virtue of the authority vested in me by the act of August 1, 1914 (ch. 223, 38 Stat. 609, 623; 19 U.S.C., sec. 2), Michigan City, Indiana, is hereby abolished as a customs port of entry in customs collection district no. 39 (Chicago), with headquarters at Chicago, Illinois, effective as of 30 days from the date of this order.
